The member website requires a personal invitation and verification of the invited email address. Invitations are valid for seven days. Accounts and sign-in credentials are not transferable. Administrators manage membership and staff permissions. Contact the operator about access questions.

Event details and conditions appear in the member area. A confirmed reservation secures a place; being waitlisted is not confirmation. An additional guest is available only when the event permits it and occupies a second seat. When space becomes available, active members are considered in the order they joined the waitlist, taking the whole party size into account.

An unused reservation can be cancelled on the website. Your ticket QR code is a personal admission credential; keep it private. The system identifies repeated use. If an event changes or is cancelled, its current status in the member area applies.

Individual benefits state their own conditions. The website does not process payments. An invitation or website reservation does not by itself create a payment commitment. Separate services and any charges require a separate agreement in advance. Visualisations on the website are illustrations.

Provide accurate information about yourself. Do not use another person’s account, circumvent access controls or disrupt the service. Access may be suspended in cases of misuse. Contact the operator about errors, incorrect bookings or access problems.

These terms govern the website and do not limit mandatory statutory rights. Material changes will be communicated on the website. Our separate privacy notice explains how personal information is handled.
